Stefano is a certified MLB player agent responsible for day to day management and strategic planning for the entire football and baseball divisions, including contract negotiations, marketing, public relations, charitable endeavors, recruitment coordination and special projects.

Stefano graduated from Boston College with a BA in History and Theology. Upon graduation, Stefano took a position at Priority Sports and Entertainment. His daily responsibilities included assisting both the Football and Basketball divisions with recruiting, client services, and strategic planning. In 2003 Stefano left Priority Sports and Entertainment to bring his talents to The Drana Group, S.C.

Stefano brings to the Drana Group a strong family history within the sports industry. His father, Sal Bando, played 15 years in the Major Leagues and was a 5 time all-star with the Oakland Athletics and the Milwaukee Brewers. He went on to win 3 consecutive World Series Championships with the 1972, 1973 & 1974 A’s. Upon his retirement from the professional field, Stefano’s dad went on to serve as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Milwaukee Brewers from 1991 until the end of the 1999 season. Stefano’s uncle, Chris Bando, played 8 years in the major leagues, has been both a coach and a scout throughout professional baseball, and is currently an assistant coach at The Master's College.
